01 / A LITTLE CONTEXT

I like the space
between “what if”
and “it works.”

I'm a software engineer, the founder of Rayaa, and an independent researcher with a particular interest in AI.

Since 2022, I've led the delivery of websites, web apps, mobile apps and desktop software. Today, much of my work brings intelligent systems into real product workflows.

I also work through research questions end to end — from experimental design and implementation to statistical analysis and scientific writing.

Accuracy Alone Is Misleading: A Resource-Aware Benchmark of Intrusion Detection Models on CICIoT2023

A leakage-conscious comparison of eight model families on 46.7 million IoT flows. Quality, rare-class behaviour and deployment cost are evaluated together.

Combined multi-seed analysis, paired bootstrap tests, SMOTE/class-weighting ablations, feature selection, calibration, and deployment profiling (latency, throughput, memory, model size, ONNX).

Repository Instructions and the Post-Merge Durability of Agent-Written Code

A longitudinal study of agent-written code across 1,005 eligible pull requests and 232 repositories, tracking instruction exposure and code survival after merge.

Applied propensity-score overlap weighting, repository-clustered GEE, robust variance estimation, negative-binomial churn models, and prespecified sensitivity checks.
